Mark B. Achenbach is an associate with Psak & Associates, LLC. He practices in the areas of general litigation, municipal law, workers’ compensation, debt collections and replevins.
Mr. Achenbach received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2005, earning the Eric R. Neisser Award for his Pro Bono work with Legal Services of New Jersey. He received his B.S. degree from West Virginia University in 1997 focusing on Human Resources Management, and received an A.S. degree from Raritan Valley Community College in 1995.
While completing his law degree, Mr. Achenbach was employed by the firm Stern & Kilcullen, in Roseland, NJ. Upon attaining his degree, he completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Paul W. Armstrong, J.S.C., in Hunterdon County, NJ. Thereafter, he managed a solo law practice in Bridgewater, NJ, before joining Psak & Associates, LLC, in June 2007.
Prior to pursuing a career in the field of law, Mr. Achenbach worked in the human resources office of Liberty Science Center from 1998-2003.
He was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey in December 2005, and the State of New York in May 2006. Additionally, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
